The spiritual evolution of the human being. The teaching imparted by Caty is: CAN-PAL POINT (Punto Can-Pal). It consists of learning to activate a point in the lower abdomen, located over the pubic bone, roughly in the center of the body. It acts as the hard drive of the memory of material evolution, dating back to the creation of the first atomic particles. In us, it is the point where the first cell was created — the one that, after dividing and multiplying, gave shape to our physical body — and the gateway through which the spirit can understand human needs. This first cell received all the impact of information from genetic, cellular, atomic, and subatomic memory, originating from the entire evolutionary past and, of course, including our ancestors.

It is activated through a spiral movement, rotating either to the right or to the left, creating a magnetic effect for the Spirit. The Spirit holds the memories of experiences lived in each incarnation, as well as those from the beginning of creation in the form of consciousness. When the Spirit encounters the Punto Can-Pal, it reads the matter and automatically recognizes where it went wrong or how it must guide the person according to their abilities. At the same time, the person senses it and provides the body with the necessary information to change the DNA. This leads the person to take a clear and unique direction in life, avoiding paths that deviate from their destiny.

This point is not a chakra; it is a point that activates every 250 million years — that is, each time a new evolutionary program begins — to gather all the past, correct it, unite it, and start anew after having synthesized an entire ancient cycle of evolution. This process applies not only to men and women but equally to all evolution, both material and spiritual.

The Punto Can-Pal could be described as a planetary and cosmic intelligence that remembers all the past of matter, life, evolution, and intelligence. It is responsible for guiding all evolutionary changes and, consequently, DNA. It guides both individually and collectively, depending on its understanding of perceived behavior. The memory of our first cell would, on a small scale, be similar to a single- or multicellular system of highly advanced intelligence, capable of guiding a global future based on the memory of past and present events. It always tells us what needs to be corrected from the past and how to shape the future from a foundation capable of multidimensional communication.

What is memory?

There are several types: one connected to the brain (spiritual memories) and another in the lower abdomen (memories of matter, life, and evolution). Both contain recollections of events that sometimes do not coincide. The physical one holds what has been lived through evolution, while the spiritual one holds what has been experienced through incarnations on different points of the planet, the solar system, or beyond. Since both parts come from different evolutionary systems, the memories carried by one and the other do not correspond, causing a division within us. Example: one part of us wants to go to India, and another wants to stay home.

Additionally, there are different memories stored in different energetic points (chakras), each providing different types of information, such as emotional memories coming from a register located in the solar plexus. These varying memories disperse us, as they provide different energetic information.

The memory referred to by Caty comes from the union of spirit and body, as it is already a cleansed and fused memory originating from both material and spiritual evolution — from the source of unity up to our present time. This memory energy would be a conscious energy, both spiritual and material, which, if we listen to it, gives us the information on how to do things in the most appropriate way for ourselves and our surroundings.

What is will?

It is the energy responsible for creating space — both the space the universe occupies and the space for action to materialize an idea. It is the driving force that moves us into action.

To understand it better: first, will creates space, then time, and finally, form. If this driving energy has become too compressed because it could not be expressed in its moment, we feel as though we lack clarity about the future. If we manage to decompress it, new ideas or projects emerge, and we feel the resurgence of life and renewed interest in things.

What is the charge or energy of form creation?

It is a creative force that gives shape to everything — the shape of a leaf, a star, or a project — and at the same time, contains the memory of the shock of not having been able to fulfill our will. This creative energy is a force at our disposal, which we use positively or negatively depending on our state of consciousness.

This energy could be defined as the set of tools to fulfill our destiny.

Can-Pal Point from a scientific perspective

It represents knowledge written in quantum (subatomic memory), atomic, genetic, and cellular memory contained within the first cell created after the union of the egg and sperm — if we speak of a human being. It contains all the informational force accumulated through evolution. It also exists in plants, animals, and spiritual beings. In summary, everything that exists has its own Punto Can-Pal — a register or recording of everything that has previously existed in any type of matter, life, or evolution.

Here we enter the realm of quantum physics, where we find fundamental particles such as electrons, protons, quarks (and many more yet to be discovered), as well as the energies that move them. At this level, the information includes not only the physical components of matter but also the energetic and quantum interactions that are intertwined with creation and change in the universe.

Personal development

This way of understanding things — which spans from the genetic to the subatomic — offers a holistic vision of human existence, from the most physical to the most energetic.

By understanding that we carry within us all this material and quantum information, we can explore who we are beyond what we experience with the senses. This invites us to consider how each of these levels affects our way of thinking, feeling, and acting.

The fact that subatomic or quantum information is also present in the Punto Can-Pal makes it, in itself, a bridge between the material and the spiritual.
