With her special sensitivity, Caty Marí gradually helps us understand an inner truth. Caty engages participants in physical work — building tipis, raising stone walls, digging the earth, or bathing in the river — common tasks shared among the group, along with visits to places of interest for their landscape, energy, or history. Meals are particularly Mediterranean (if anyone is vegetarian, they should mention it), and accommodation is in an agro-rural house on a 30,000 m² estate with olive and orange trees along the riverbank. In summer, it is also possible to sleep outdoors under a spectacular starry sky, or in a Mongolian-style yurt. Bring work clothes, swimwear, towels, toiletries, and a sleeping bag.
Caty Marí leads this process through physical–sensory work, with the help of the Can-Pal Point, creating space for us to meet ourselves.
All this leads us to find our path… and to gain a new vision that guides us in a clear direction and brings about a general improvement in understanding and growth — both spiritual and in everyday family and professional life.
